This year’s regatta held in honour of the late Mrs. Corence Alydice Moxey-Bain, a strong and versatile lady brought many back to the island to enjoy a weekend of socialization and great sailing.
Fifteen boats registered in the “C” class regatta.

When it was all over, “Bul Reg” skippered by Leslie “Buzzy” Rolle remained the champion with 42 points, defending his title and once again proved that he was number one in Farmer’s Cay. Also, with 42 points “Irene Goodnight” skippered by Clyde Rolle, came in a close second overall. In third place overall with 41 points was the “Sweet Island Gal”. A newcomer to the sailing scene, “Sweet Island Gal”,  out of Long Island was skippered by Stephano Kemp – definitely a sloop to keep your eyes on this regatta season. 

Don’t forget the “Campari Lady Nathalie” – “Catch me if you Can” - St. Valentine’s Day Massacre Saturday, 16th & Sunday, 17th February 2008 in Montague Bay.
